It's true. I went in yesterday, and there they were in all their glory. Arrospok.

A bunch of white ones and a couple of black.

Didn't dare ask how much they were, but if you're looking for one, check it out...

ooh yes, I forgot about that stuff. In my excitement to post Arrospok, it slipped my mind.

They also have 'own brand' frame and forks, lugged, Columbus steel and made in Poland - £280, if I remember correctly.

And Steamrollers

And what are apparently Coppi framesets

And some Bob Jacksons, including a beautiful ice blue number which is my size.

yep they've had a BLB frame for a while now. I saw a black one about 6 or 8 months ago. I remember going in with my fairly lame sjs Tange thing about 18months ago, and Jan really really looked at it and I saw his brain cogs whirring ... I think his brian's running 47-16 btw.

For one front wheel.
I didn't ask which colour that was for though, I imagine they're the same price cos Jan would've said otherwise (I think).

I think I saw the white ones for $750 a pair, the rear wheels are more expensive though.

£235 ain't cheap, but it's not so bad if you figure in shipping and the possibility of having to pay customs...

I kind of like the arrospok, but not enough to spend that kind of money on them - I know that some people will, which is why I posted.

Arrospok themselves are out of stock, with 'contact us for estimated delivery' message btw.

Except for BLB, which is perhaps why they're £235?

I was in London some time ago and I found BLB to be *quite* expensive... from what I read here that isn't just an impression, right?

they are no more pricey than london fields or bicycle magic. aside from the plugs, fujis and fillmores, most of what they offer is bespoke. or is that 'bespok'?

Yeah they're cashing in but doing it pretty well. I have to say they've been good to me in there. Even sold my crappy old Haro shredder for me, which they really didn't have to or want to do ... Jan sold me a 2nd hand Record front hub for peanuts last summer, it's bloomin marvellous too.
