Flat mate or flat wanted - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

Is anyone looking for a flat mate at the moment? My flat mate is moving out, so I'm looking to get someone new in, or maybe move somewhere else altogether.

Anyone else in a similar situation at the moment?

I must admit that sometimes I need a kick up the a**e to do the washing up, but I'm not that bad to live with...

I've got a spare room in my flat in bounds green (near ally pally) at the moment. Dunno if you or anyone else is interested. Double room, 333pcm plus council tax/bills. I like the place.

i've got a spare room coming up next week in newington green - 650pcm plus bills etc. it's a large double room in a very nice, just renovated flat. i was gonna wait and post when i've got some pictures available, but haven't had time to do that yet...
