Allrighty, so now i got me a frame, and Paul (freshtripe) will sort me with most parts set from wheels. My initial plan was to get white deep v´s, white orys and a white saddle (oh man, trendy!) but the more i think of it, the more i realize the bike will shine when i park and draw thieves like flies to a turd. So maybe I should get some less shiny wheels and a less shiny saddle (still white, just a bit tatty)... So, any thought´s on this? What wheels would make a good buy part from deep v´s? Sorry if it´s a retarded/vague question, I´m quite new to (and excited about) the whole let´s-buy-loads-of-bike-bits-and-put-them-together-thing

Bear in mind that, if you ride in denim, your white saddle will be a light-blue saddle in the space of around 17 minutes.

If you're leaving it for a long time locked up get boring old unpainted/ano'd rims, like Open Pros mentioned above.
Plain CXP33s are fairly non-descript and a little deeper if that floats your boat.
Any black saddle that doesn't hurt your bum is good.

Mavic Open Sport Black 32H rim

plain cxp33's should look nice i think, anyone know where to get em cheap? Been looking briefly and seems to cost roughly as much as deep v's, and it would kinda hurt to get less nice rims for same money

Buy scott not scot's bike and use the one's on that. Sell the rest. :)
Just use the cheapest mavics you can find if you're on a budget. I'm sure loads of shops have 'em
