I don't think its even adjustable - it looks as though the bolt pattern follows the circumference of the rear wheel, so it wouldn't really make a difference. (i think)

it will lower the axel of the wheel, as a result the BB will be higher and the top tube will have more angle, the all bike will have more step. I explaining myself?
