nah, apparently he quit because he didn't like the way that team was managed and the fact that they were supporting too many ex-dopers...

I must be fair - as much as I find religion revolting and poisonous - it wasn't old Ratzinger's fault he was in the hitler youth, pretty much every upstanding arian member of society joined in, it was all the rage - remember this is way before 'fixies'.
