Sloppy welds? You are obviously too sarcastic to realize those are fillet brazed joints.
its coated with 2 powder clear coats. After Interbike, it will get painted black and blue.

i know they are fillet brazed joints, you should have postred it in the "current projects" and not in the bike porn dept.
