I guess this should be on the probably-buried pothole moan thread... BUT... Has anyone SEEN the massive hole eastbound on High Holborn at Gray's Inn Road? It's gotta be six feet wide and nearly as deep. I'm scared every day going home.

So if I fancy a new wheel, I just need to find a nice pothole, take a few photos and send in a claim to the council? Cool.

That wasn't from Old Kent Road, that is in a terrible state, massive holes all over the place. When my tiny little Brompton wheels hit these it aint pretty!

Got a scare on Kingsland road today, just North of Dalson Junc. There's a groove in the road that's so deep it almost had me off (I tried to swerve, tyres didn't want to follow - dodgy moment)

The massive one right across the bus lane on Clapham Hill, between Stockwell and Clapham North, has been filled in quite nicely. That was a welcome surprise amid the gale last night.

yeah dontcha just love it when they resurface a road properly? Theobalds road was a lovely surprise, it was so bad before I was braving The Pit on Holborn in preference. Bet some cable layers will f it all up in a matter of weeks though.
