Here's the idea; I need to move house at the end of February / Start of March.

I'm interested in setting up a bicycle orientated house with people of a similar nature. Basically people who love to cycle for cyclings sake and want a chilled out place to live.

I'm pretty versatile in my approach so anything goes. I'm not, dare I say it, simply obsessed with fixies. Other bikes and owners are welcome too.

Basically this is a precursor "is any one interested" type post. I'll be looking into many more specifics a little closer to the time.

Perfect, would love to hear your take on it as it's something I'm prepared to actually put work into starting.

how should i start...
i'm quite easy with it as well really, as long as the place is big enough (i have quite a lot of stuff and 3 bikes already and i'm sure there'll be more) and cleaniness is vital (dirty bastard flatmates = my reason for wanting to move). and hopefully it wont be too expensive...

Done, done and done. Clean is very important, I don't so much mind if there is a workshop area which is a bit messy/greasy but I like kitchen's and bathrooms to be hygenic. Cheap is the aim of the game though you may want to whisper to me what your idea of cheap is. I'm also on 3 bikes and counting.

Actually, I'm thinking of kicking out my two scruffy cunt, stone'ead flatmates in the NY. I wanna stay as I have ample bike/workspace at the back of the flat with room for 4 bikes AND I live 5mins cycle from Herne Hill :-)
Small double for £375
Good size double for £425

I'm looking preferably for North/east London to be honest. I need the place to be an easy(ish) commute to work (Mable Arch) and The Castle (Manor House).
That said this is only an idea in its infancy so that could well change.
