| | the checkpoints: 1: Oval Road in Camden, at the Pirate ship or something. Just a standard checkpoint 2: Gray's Inn road and Guilford road, clerkenwell. Some squat where you had to queue, then get in and get questioned about Pirate ethics by some dude (?) 3: A tattoo parlor on Hackney Road, in front of the George and Dragon pub. Either you got a tattoo (tiny anchor) or you had to do an additional checkpoints. (anchor for me!) 4: Rum lane or street in Wapping. Standard checkpoint 5: The Cutty Sark. Had to get a flower (from wherever you could find one) and get some moustache drawn on your face. 6: Some pond at the top of Greenwich park (bitch of a hill), where bottles were floating. In each bottle a map burned around the edges, with the next checkpoint... 7: Woolwich Ferry. OUTSIDE of the A-Z (hence the map). Kind of the final checkpoint, we got spoke cards with our number of arrival. 8: Wapping High Street. In a pub. I could not stay for prizes so don't know who won (Jos I think, or Mike Trampsparadise) THANKS WOOKIE!! One of the most creative alleycats I've done. Can't believe I got my first tattoo... |
