Hot drinks are now a no-go-er chaps and chapesses, although we will have a beautiful array of homemade cakes for sale.

Also, due to the nearby pavillion not being complete (long lead in on ebay supplied curtains, not a joke), toilet facilities are also a no go. The nearby Waitrose has some wonderful bogs however. There is a glut of bushes and trees to widdle on also.

trains coming out of kings cross are sub-suburban so its basically a local train that goes the extra mile for you the customer. so no need for reservations or bike bags, when i ask he said there probably won't be a problem but if we get a pissy ticket inspecter he may ask for bikes to be spread out and considering something like 13people are planning on getting the 9.15 i don't think that's too unreasonable. other stations, routes and trains i don't know about.

I really wouldnt bother booking tickets in advance, the cambridge line is shit and stupid (seriously) if you rock up to Kings X on saturday morning a saver day return should cost you less than 20 quid from one of the fast buy ticket machines. there are no seat reservations or maximum capacity on the line, so no worries about not getting on...

If you sort yourself's into groups of 4 you can get a groupsave and it will be cheaper still. Must all travel together though.

should be fine. and should cost 20quid for same day returrn. i have only had the ticket inspector check once in the doxen or so time i went to cambridge.
i have seen at least 5 bikes in one car before on the trains after rush hour.
9 am on a saturday should be fine.

I got myself, Bill and Ollie(Salmonchild) open day returns for £13.20 yesterday. Use thetrainline.com and see if you can get a couple of people so you can do group save. I wouldn't have expected it to be £29 though, last time i cycled to cambridge return by itself was £9...if you on the trainline.com looking at times and fares theres a thing that allows you to see if its cheaper to buy two single. usually cuts the price by quite alot.

plenty of space on the roads around the court, and no restrictions as far as we are aware. roads are only 20m away from the court.

Unfortuantly as long as I live more than a couple of miles from a court I don't see me playing polo on my double drive bike... (not mention getting another bike past my girlfriend) so you don't need to worry, it's just a theoretical bike...

Yep, we've got a marquee and also I have found in my garage a huge roll of plastic sheeting that we can use to cover bikes etc if there is a sudden downpour.

Also, I'm really excited.

I know, im just messing with you I actually have no clue.

I think there is a pub near so If they do saturday breakfasts you're in luck, but can't promise anything.

Just make sure you arrive a little bit earlier so you have time to wonder around a little bit.
