London Fixed-gear and Single-speed SJS Cycles

i need to take out two bottom brackets and two headsets so i can get two frames resprayed......

one is a splined bb, i don't have a picture but i think it is fairly standard 1980s bb arrangement. (1980s Nigel Dean something or other touring bike)

one is an older frame, early 1970s i think, Holdsworth, the bb is different.

I also need to take off the headsets, including the races - because i am a giant my head tube on the nigel dean is about 10" long, and i don't have a screwdriver/piece of suitable metal long enough to hammer the races out...

shit explanations, and no photos = apologies. - can i borrow the necessary please/can someone help me?

I work at cannon st, live at waterloo, and would really like to sort it out tonight, so i can be riding again next week...!

for a few quid you can use their work benches and the tools they have on the site
good and friendly people

I live in Waterloo and have all required tools, I will be in tonight, you will have to bring the stuff round here, tools don't leave da house ;-)
