| | This is one of those bands that piss me off for releasing a brilliant album and then nothing else. It's been 3 years, wtf? FYI, the song title is Mailer, meet Jim not Meet Jim Mailer How can you not appreciate a song called The Church of Black Flag? Last edited by D. Generate; 13th September 2009 at 18:13. | | ^^Some nice ones there. Cheers. The Gits. A great Seattle band who I saw a few times at dive bars and their shows were phenomenal. Their singer, Mia Zapata, was tragically raped and murdered after a show. Many years later they caught the bastard. Joan Jett did some shows with the rest of the band later under the name Evil Stig (palindrome of Gits Live). YouTube - The Gits "Here To Your F**k"One of my favourite local bands from my second adopted hometown, Reno, NV. Beercan. Fritz's was a tiny, tiny bar across the street from the art department at my university. Good times. Some more Reno lurv from the divey bars. The Cobra Skulls |

| | I was never straightedge, I like my beers and stuff. There were some good bands putting out some good music though but that scene got hijacked by nazi teetotallers. Got into a few scrapes back in the day; they probably fought better 'cause they were sober but we didn't feel the pain so it was all a wash really. Meh, I still feel people with vices are more interesting. |
