It's incorrigible.

Even highlighting it as a total muppet doesn't seem to help any.

I was rather hoping to avoid ever having to ban anyone just by taking the route of showing muppets to be muppets and letting everyone just get on with ignoring them. But that clearly doesn't work.

Either way, it was pretty rude. Kind of like barging into a conversation without knowing anyone, or introducing yourself.
