Hello European Bike Polo Teams

We're glad to invite you to the first European Hardcourt Bike Polo Showdown. The Tournament will take place on the
18th of october as a part of the Bicycle Film Festival in Zurich. We have confirmed registration form all over Switzerland, Germany
and the U.K. Of course the main challenge will be to beat the current european champion Team Basel. We will play in a big warehouse
so you dont have to worry about weather and temperature. Besides Polo and the Movies there will be other Bike Messenger related stuff
going on all over the weekend. So we promise that the journey to Switzerland will definitely be worth it. If you're interested in entering the

Wasn't me. I was so drunk I could barely walk straight, never mind speak. Still managed to beat Rollapaluza, though. Hahahahaha.

It was rubbish, and when the ball when out through the barriers (which happened every minute or so) a new one was thrown in from a random spot. It made for interesting play, but I am sure it would have provoked many a hissy fit from the LPC, had more of them been there.

:) Yeah, Strom knows its not technically the first, but I think he's aiming for the "First Official European Championships" that isnt just a sideshow of ECMC. I had a long talk with him in Eindhoven about what he's planning ,and I'd love to send some london teams from the BFF Polo tournament here over to compete. Theyve got an amazing venue lined up, and Strom is totally into finding people places to stay, etc. And Basel are good, but theyre not unbeatable. There are people here who've beaten them if you know where to look..

Incidentally, while we're talking european tournaments, lets not forget the Swedish Open In Gothenburg the day after the Ronde Van Retaard..

Or if the BFF are now claiming teams, how about they sponsor the winner of last year's tournament to "represent" London's BFF at the tourney?!?!? Today was very fun. Best part was Dale rear-ending Wee Scott and literally kicking his bike from under him. Scott landed on dale's front wheel!
