it's safe, don't worry - I only displaced my ribcage and had to 2 chiropractor sessions... :)
Spds are not the best indeed, but I managed to not fall too much. These clips are from the most hardcore guys, Doug, Zach, etc...

every sunday they have Mr. Frank who plays in NYC, and he is about 50, with a geared MTB. He loves it and plays pretty slow, doesn't fall off often, and never badly.
These guys fall cause they push each other and go really fast.

Anyway I'll take it easy too - don't even think I can play on sunday (only 3 weeks after a foot fracture is very soon).
But let's get started! We need mallets mallets mallets!

ill work on as meny shabby mallets as possible, a polish freind said you can do them out of a broom handel and cardbord (and lots of gaffa tape). see what i can get by sunday.

so this sunday we have the southend ride a death race an alley cat and bike polo hmm descisions descisions shame there is so much fixie stuff going on these days in london it's impossible to do it all

darn this website and all you nice friendly bikers how i wish for the days when we all snarled at each other and cycled alone !

ok chaps i know it's a bit late but i think i passed by the perfect spot it's a bsketball/5 a side court it's concrete and copletely walled, the only thi is that one of the goals doesn't have a wall right behind it but it's cool...le car what do you think?

and it's pnly 2 mins up the hood in Bethnal Green
