As my cohorts could attest to, I drank nought but Lucozade and Red Bull the entirety of the evening. Which made a change. | |

| | Spotted Dogsballs this morning in Hyde Park at the exit to Exhibition Road - despite turning right in front of you and yelling your name loud enough for the construction workers next to you to look up - you blanked me. Working out where Cadel can gain back those 8 seconds? |

| | Half of the south london lot: PJ, Prav, Teenslain, Ian at HH on sunday morning. There was no way I was taking my sunglasses off that early in the day, and even I was finding my own breath revolting. Over the weekend; Grow Up en famille quaffing a quick glass of my cider, Brendan skipping through the park on the brakeless gazelle. Teenslain, again whilst having breakfast burritos. Darcus Howe having a bit of a rant in the park. Teenslain again chatting to Gwyn at the regent. That man is stalking me on the stealth bike. |

| | It was good - it started at Primrose Hill, then up to the Emirates, back to Regents Park to visit The Hub, then Lords, the Oval and finally onto Herne Hill. One of the guys on the ride is an architect at HOK Sport so he could provide lots of interesting observations on the buildings. |
