Good Sir, you shall have to retract that statement and its attendant insinuation.
As my cohorts could attest to, I drank nought but Lucozade and Red Bull the entirety of the evening.

Which made a change.

Roger Hammond.....saw him out training...just outside Worcester...on our way to a Rollapaluza gig this morning.

Obviously hasn't been issued with Columbia kit yet as he was in High Road gear..

went for a spin on my first single speed that I pur-chased this morning. (OTP charge plug). Having never seen one on the road, within 30 mins one pulled alongside me. Matey on the charge plug with scruffy grip-tape, I said "nice bike". Spotted.

Spotted Dogsballs this morning in Hyde Park at the exit to Exhibition Road - despite turning right in front of you and yelling your name loud enough for the construction workers next to you to look up - you blanked me.

Working out where Cadel can gain back those 8 seconds?

Half of the south london lot: PJ, Prav, Teenslain, Ian at HH on sunday morning. There was no way I was taking my sunglasses off that early in the day, and even I was finding my own breath revolting.

Over the weekend; Grow Up en famille quaffing a quick glass of my cider, Brendan skipping through the park on the brakeless gazelle. Teenslain, again whilst having breakfast burritos.

Darcus Howe having a bit of a rant in the park. Teenslain again chatting to Gwyn at the regent. That man is stalking me on the stealth bike.

It was good - it started at Primrose Hill, then up to the Emirates, back to Regents Park to visit The Hub, then Lords, the Oval and finally onto Herne Hill. One of the guys on the ride is an architect at HOK Sport so he could provide lots of interesting observations on the buildings.

Enough with the burrito, it's not fair on those of us who want one almost badly enough to ride up to that Mex Fresh place for one.

I think it's called Mex Fresh. I was talking to Aroogah about Chipotle and he said that the best Mexican place in London was near him in West London somewhere.

All I get around here are the tourist mexican places. :-(
