Brake Advice Needed. - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

Hi guys,
I am currently riding my black and white Condor brakeless at the moment, and was wondering which brakes you would advise to install. I have had a couple of crashes lately, where some clown has stopped in front of me, really quickly, and I have run into the back of them.

No need for brakes: when you want to slow down just spit forwards really quickly. Due to the conservation of momentum, you'll slow right down.

it's a question of kinetic energy, expelling saliva forwards means that motion has to be imparted rearwards.
