nope, wasn't julian. this guy had dark hair, and a hat

other clues: has a gillott, among others (sounds like he has a sweet cache of old bikes and parts).

i dont know laura though, it could have been another person who owns two gillotts but didnt ride them there, he was wearing a hat and had a green bike, i think his name is julian
