| | stubs out so glad the football thread is in miscellaneous and meaningless section as this game couldn't be more of either. saw terry butcher (yes that is where he is now)'s eagles lose 1-3 to a perfect hatrick from QotS's big number nine. actually it was a pretty exciting game for it's lack of quality. two 25 yard goals and as i said, a perfect hatrick. right foot 25 yarder, a header, and a neat left foot finish. http://static.londonfgss.com/memberp...icture5350.jpg |

| | Wow. The man remains complete and utter class "You lot take it up the arse," were Diego Maradona's words to the press immediately after his team secured a place at next year's World Cup finals. It was almost adding injury to the insult when he scanned the room and added, "if the ladies will pardon the expression". Looking increasingly Botox-ridden, the angry yet victorious Argentina coach was somehow able to raise a nervous chuckle from those on the receiving end of the abuse. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/b...tina-world-cup (3rd class that is) |

Goal was a complete mockery. Fair play to the Mackems, they bossed the first half and defended their lead well. | |

| | from the website: Injuries and illness continue to cripple the Rams who have a dozen players out. The latest to be sidelined is striker Rob Hulse who missed the game with a stomach bug. There were two changes from the team beaten by Queens Park Rangers - Stephen Pearson came in for Lee Croft and Jake Livermore for Hulse. It was Pearson's first start since the home defeat by Sheffield United on September 12. Derby could name only five players on the bench including 19-year-olds Greg Mills and Mark Dudley. The list of players out reads: Jay McEveley (fractured cheekbone), Paul Green (foot), Miles Addison (foot), Dean Leacock (mumps), Kris Commons (hamstring), Chris Porter (hip), Giles Barnes (Achilles), Steve Davies (hamstring), Lee Hendrie (hamstring), Ben Pringle (knee) and James Vaughan (knee). MUMPS. |

| | Good to see Spurs show their Class and Harry his humility. they were shit! Good on Fulham, i seriously didn't expect them to carry on rising after last years season finish.. i am loving it! Rafa had to haul Torres off as he is facing losing europe as well. they should highlight his complete inability to sign decent squad players, the carling proved that. |

| | Nothing special... just a steward, but i get to watch the entire match, i used to pay £50 for my ticket to watch the match... now they pay me £50 to do the same :) the only duties are checking bags before the game and directing people to there seats... after that just watch the game. Next season i will get a job at fulham aswell, because due to the clubs being so close they never play on the same day. so that way it will be payed premiership football every week :) |

| | First home win of the season with a great atmosphere at the ground if we can put two on the bounce together with a win at home to Everton at the weekend we could climb to the heady heights of mid table. Did like the Villa fans song for Gabi Agbonlahor to the tune of Karma Cameleon |
