what size feet?
what size clips?

ie how much foot do you have snuggled in there?

(cause i think i should try bigger?)

I have size 9 feet and use large clips, but i can use medium.
Depends how much foot you want over the axle.

I've got large on my bike (size 10 plates) after having medium which were way tight.
I've just ordered a 2nd pair to again replace the mediums that I put on my polo bike. It'll probably give me a lot of overlap but the comfort's gotta be a good trade-off.
