No, that was Iceland.
I blame that Kerry Katona - not as thick as you'd think, filing for bankruptcy when she did...

(allegedly)..;-D

That reminds me of a visit to the Royal Courts of Justice down Chancery Lane to do some legal stuff - when me and my friend were offered the chance to 'swear' on the Bible - I declined, but (bear in mind we had just spent the previous 2 hours in the pub) my friend not only said 'yes' he would like a Bible, but he insisted it must be 'white' !

As this poor clerk searched through drawers, asked bemused colleagues and phoned around to see if she could find a white bible - I literally pissed myself trying not to laugh (this is not metaphor) - she didn't locate a white one - a black one would have to do - but things only got worse when my friend did his whole roll your eyes into the back of your head and stare up at the ceiling as if in rapture - completely straight faced - as he swore (more shouted) on the bible.

I was crying with laughter at the end - the clerk accused me of not taking the whole thing seriously, my friend of course was given the respect due to the 'spiritual'.

Brilliant fun - and then back to the pub with two other people we met in court (separate cases) for a massive piss up. happy stuff. :)
