Campagnolo Victory Strada on Suntour Superbe Pro 700c wheelset

Campagnolo Victory Strada bronze rims, 32 hole, DT spokes non-butted, 3 crossed lacing, on Suntour Superbe Pro hubs (single sided, dual thread). Continental Sprinter 250 tubulars, 700 x 22. Send me an offer. Postage is £15.

I've been asked to put a price down, so I think that considering the condition of the wheels is excellent, but the tubs are old, I would be happy at £100 plus postage. The hubs are mint, the rims are perfectly true.

im clueless so forgive my lack of knowlege - i need a nice wheelset with a fixed cog to convert an 80s frame into fixed wheel
are these what im looking for?
been told to avoid tubeless tyres
