Anyone down to go for a ride tonight? I'm Heather from NYC, here until the 29th for work.
This is my first time in London and I really want to see the city, apart from all the touristy things I can do on my own.
I get off work at 5:30 and will be ready to go by 6:30!

Looks like they have Derny Paced Training at Herne Hill on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I definitely want to ride out there and check it out. Anyone want to join?

im in Bank/monument going home (Greenwich), the ride is not very scenic!! but you can tag along if you want! I could also show you maze hill, if you up for some climbing :P

Hey Heather, Ill tell you who does the best welcome to london sight seeing rides - Ma3k, he reads like crazy so clued up about most of the buildings and London trivia ;) Im up for a ride so ill try phone him now


..hmm i wonder if he could start fixed tours of london ...27 london langsters and you have to track stand whilst he tells a tale at each stop ..dragons den!

Heather. Would sometime around 7 work? I should be leaving work by 6:30 or so.

Disclaimer, though, is that I am new to London (formerly of NYC and Atlanta), so I still get lost like there is no tomorrow, but I have some favorite rides already. Let me know and I'll send you my work and mobile #s.

David is right. I'll be in barcelona for the weekend, plus bike.

Liverpool st seems sensible. There is a really cool plaza there in the middle of the UBS complex with this weird area where lights on the ground change color. That would make it easy for anyone to find the spot.
