London Fixed-gear and Single-speed SJS Cycles

I know it's sacreligous and all but I'm looking for a pair of braze on shifters. Anyone got any bumping around?

i've got a pair from an ancient peugeot and the another taken off a early 90s raleigh. can't remember makes. you can have 'em for nowt

What kind? How many gears (if indexed). I have a few pairs.

It's just 3 x 9 downtube is a bit specialist. Cheaper options like old 7/8 speed with the indexing switched for friction may give a similar result for lower cost.

i thought that but i just happen to have everything required bar the shifters stolen from my brothers bikes... may as well go for the shimano dura-ace then. was just checking here fisrt after chainreaction had sold out. cheers guys
