| | After hating the Cannondale immensely, I went back to look at it to examine WHY I dislike it so much. Then I realise that the colouring is much more clever than I'd thought. The lilac grips and chain give the bike a lilac hue - which is nasty. But, the rest of the bike is white with 2 shades of grey - all pretty neutral colours. Therefore, a silver chain and say black grips, will make the bike look more white, or silver-ish. Perfect for changing the look. This has been planned, or Cannondale are lucky. |

| | Or even white tyres, I'd change the very queer looking dropbar thought, it look like a coathanger! (hey that an idea, old drop bar transformed into an handy coathanger..). nice to meet you as well! I notice where the photo you took of your cannondale came from. Did they just add a singlespeed option to the Pista? (noticing the rear brake as well). |

| | Well it had to happen didn't it? Other makers have decided that Bianchi can't have "Celeste" all to itself. Here is the Felt Breed 2009. Just a thought, but did somebody here tell Felt that "Breed" is the Brixton word for "coitus"? C'mon, fess up. EDIT: Fark! Those tyres are for Cyclo-cross and are way wide at 700x38. They've got to go. |

| | Looks like Surly will be doing their 29" mountain bike, known as Karate Monkey, as a complete bike soon - rigid and single-speed, in red with black bits http://www.surlybikes.com/surlyblog.html |

| | Just took delivery of my Bowery '84 and while assembling it I have noted the following: The bars look shit - in the picture they look chrome, but they're just silver (wank) The stem is nothing like the picture (a blessing in disguise) The Giant (Cunt) decal is not gold, but yellow The cranks on the 'Small' are 165mm messengers and chainring is black and not silver as in the picture. Quite like the seat, but it doesn't suit the bike. I know most of you will be pissing yourself laughing anyway, but thought I thought I'd post this for those who have a modicum of interest |

| | So here it is finally, fresh from Interbike 2008 Las Vegas, Cinelli X MASH SF collabo bike. There were rumours a while ago but I must say that the bike looks way better than I expected. Gotta love the classic Cinelli crest logo, the forward sloping top tube, no holes for brakes, H Plus Son Formation Face aero-rims & the all-black Campy gruppo. Bullhorns and Vittoria Randonneurs are apparently also a must. And note the low flange front hub. $$$ |

| | Having seen your bike's photo, I do like it, but as everyone says, the bars and seat just don't seem to match. I think there would be quite a few takers if you wanted a different saddle, and maybe somebody really tall might want your bars. But its really how you feel on it. The wheels are handsome; yes indeed. |
