Mountain biking - Sun 14 September

Anyone fancy a long loop round the Surrey hills? I'm planning to go down with Provenrad on Sunday morning for a 25 - 30 mile loop from box hill station and over the three hills back to Dorking. Will be a mix of double track, fire road, singletrack and potentially a lot of mud depending on the weather. Quite a few hills as well. I'm training for a race so will go whatever the weather, although accuweather seems to think it won't be raining.

Would have loved to have joined you for this one- but I'll be in The Wales.

More than happy to go out later in the month?

If you promise not to break mine (or fix it if you do) you can borrow mine if you would like?

chris, you have nothing to worry about man! this wilnot be very leisurely though..
This is not race-speed, momentum needs to get some saddle-time on his new MTB before his race...
Come one come all. :-)

Like Prav says, it won't be race speed but it won't be a leisurely bimble either. I haven't been on the bike much recently but have to get ready for a race I'm doing at the end of the month. Will definitely be a couple of cake stops though and a few nice bits of singletrack

Just had a thought - do you have a helmet Chris? I kinda think it's necessary for mountain biking even though I don't wear one in London.

+1 on the helmet- I was talking to Jim at South Drinks last night, and he'd be either dead or a vegetable without one off road.
