Pedal strap help

i remember seeing some photos of pedal straps which went over your foot, attached to each side of the pedal, rather than having cages it was like a thick piece of neoprene forming a loop your foot could go through. Does anyone know what these are called (if you can understand what i'm talking about) and where i could get them?

they are called power grips, I've got them on a bike at the moment and like em.
Cavendish cycles have em for £20
