Wanted: 54cm Road Bike - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

Nothing too special, for a friend looking to turn it into a single speed. Looking for the usual things
- semi horizontal drop outs
- english BB preferred
- 27 or 700c wheels but in usable condition

Anyone got anything lurking they want to shift...Thanking you...

what's the budget?

would you pay around £300 for this? 55cm and fixed tho (minus the lights and pedals)

this bike is actually for me and I am still looking ideally I dont want a fixed .....yet. so would be looking to turn it into a single speed if not already, must be decent condition but does not have to be mint.
