Wanted: Ladies' 16-18" Old Road Frame - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

Planning on building a little runaround ss for my girlfriend. something to fit 700c wheels so made for 700c or 27"s? With vertical dropouts? Or is something like this pretty much impossible to find?

edit: actually, maybe 15" - 17" might be a better estimate, she's about 5' 2" or 3" i think.
