in need of some help / advice < i need a italian BB 70mm fitted and a threaded headset installed , any good mechanics out there that can help me out ? or should i just go LBS
?
i got sugino maxy cranks so i i need JIS BB is that correct ?

am trying to build my own single speed , have all the components except BB and chain !
am based in n1 , any advice ? ie good stores most grateful !
