So I used to ride Mountain Bikes all the time, in town and on the dirt; now I need a bike to see me to work and back and round about London..... I've been looking at all the off the peg single speed models for £400 or less, but I would prefer to get something custom built, or at least not from a massive american company: Any ideas? I like the look of the Giant Bowery, but I'd rather not go down that route.
