Outspoken Cycles sell a Tacx tool that fits the Miche 107mm BB perfectly.

It says that it's for Campag on it - might be easiest just to order from Outspoken however, as I'm unsure as to whether any Campag one does. Someone with more knowledge may be able to confirm :-)
