i went last august and hired a bike. it's great. cycle paths everywhere that people actually respect - it's a real no-no for a ped to walk in a cycle lane, and expect to get shouted at if you do. unlike here, where cycle paths are just pavement extensions for pushchairs and whoever fancies it.
