I would reccomend you go try one out before you buy,

I have two road bikes, one a 80s raleigh fixie conversion with really basic parts and 27 wheel.

the other a 60's 5 speed coventry eagle with steel wheels, steel bars, mudguards etc.

Charge plug outweighed em both.

I was thinking of getting one too, but for me they are shockingly heavy.
