So i sell a frame via ebay - post it not insured not recorded - buyer claims item not recieves and fucks everything up in my paypal account - 'funds placed on hold'.

If buyer doesn't get item, are we both fucked?

I should've withdrew my funds into my account as soon as i got them :(
