The only problem with those lanabe is that they cost £75... but they look like beasts. enough for moto-x probably, but yes, that was one reason why I like the carbon bits, just not sure how that was going to go down. They are pimtacular at hitting thigns and you don't feel a thing, I've wailed on a brick wall in them and didn't feel anything and clipped my little finger on a tree doing god knows how fast on my BMX, (unfortunately not wearing those gloves at the time so it just hurt).
