Nothing like time on the bike. You worried about the DD? Ride.
Go out and ride 50 one night this week. Ride 80mi on Sunday. Do short rides through the week, commuting, whatever.
Next weekend do a 90-100mi ride. Then the week prior to DD, no more long rides but keep doing smaller rides and no sprinting!
