| nah i'm well out of (cycling) shape these days. i'm just a commuter. L2B is the longest thing i've done in years. back when i was cabbing you could do 50 miles a night though. i quit pedicabbing in 2001. it was weird riding a recumbant quad though because your upper body gets absolutely no work out at all. it just sits there sweating. you could steer with your pinkies. so your quads and calves got massive and your upper body just got really skinny and wasted. not a hot look! arf. |
