I guess you could drill any cog out like that. I've not seen a factory drilled one (not in that pattern anyway).
It could actually be a magic gear setup, coz in this pic he has a tensioner and it doesn't look like an ebb shell.. whoops.. different bike.. looks like the
bb shell is big enough for ebb.
