Hey guys! I was talking to Iain about this very idea and pointed me to your post. He said that there were a lot of beginners so I think that this might be able to take off. Synthman and I would be well up for something like this!

Question is whether we can just turn up to the courts and play (or if they need to be booked ahead of time or anything like that). If they don't need to be booked, then I guess we can simply just arrange to meet at one of the regular courts on a day when it's not being used. The south one used on Wednesdays is really nice with the lighting...

I reckon maybe we should just see if we get 1 day organised at a 'newbie only' court to start with - it seems to me that its just a matter of getting a whole day of action in before you are confident enough to join 'normal' games - instead of trying to juggle a full newbie schedule... good idea? Could be easier to organise & if consensus is that we need more then we take it from there..[how many new guys are there]
