my nose and cheeks are red but it isn't that bad. i'm not pale skinned so i survive in the sun!

a good track gearing would be 46x14, somewhere around 85-95 Gear inches.

yes it costs something, no idea eaxactly how much though, £6 or less, it runs every week, but does get busy so you need to get there early
