I work at Heathrow and live west, so centre sounds like the best bet. How easy is it for you to get to the top end of Tottenham Court Road ? My girlfriend has a cafe 100 metres from Warren Street tube station, so I could leave the money with them and ask you to drop the levers and hoods (thanks for the hoods) off with them. They're open until 7pm Monday to Friday, 6pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sundays.

yep they have to hoods im based in southeast London but can meet somewhere central if you want
