No worries fella - I couldn;t keep up on that bloody scarpheap challenge bike and spinny gear - hopefully picking up one of my 'real' frames today so back to a real bike later. I'll save the beast for polo!

what freewheel setup you running atm ste? trying to put together another rear wheel for sunday, should i go for the casette option? you going back to decathlon any time soon?
