Yeah, those Oceans are pretty fuckin nice alright. I bought my Rensho about a year ago and I love it, so smooth to ride, nearly finished tinkering with it now, the new-ness of it's worn off and I'm using it more and more around town. All it takes is one nasty fucker to come and taco the wheel or something so generally I lock it where I can see it, my poor girlfriend's driven to distraction whenever the 3 of us are out together! I only discovered this blog the other day, never realised there was as much love for these beauties apart from couriers really. Good to see.

just to say yeah--the dan from way back when, im like, really old so my old man got me into them. best album for me is royal scam-raw and brilliant, aja was like their opus, gaucho was done on waaay too much coke, but I guess everyone will have their favourites-I know you didnt ask but if I had to say one track 'haitian divorce' cos Im a reggae fan, but love it all.

was cycling nice and slow on wicklow street when i notice a tiny tiny dent/scratch on my new dura ace front hub, i jumped off for a closer examination only to find it was a tiny njs symbol and would you believe there's one on the rear hub too. hurray for njs hubs.. this war isn't over.. not by a long shot
