hey, did i ride past you on rye lane the other day? i was riding no hands...

I'm fine, not done much long distance stuff this year as we have been busy having an extension done for Holly, [downstairs bedroom and wet room with a wheelchair hoist]
I done a few more 10 tts and got down to 25.10 on an 88" gear, I just have to stay on the bike through winter lose some weight and get faster for next year :)
Sorry to hear about the Surly but the Condor is probably a better ride anyway.
One of these days I will make it to a LFGSS ride, I ended up late to Herne Hill and couldn't ride because I had to pick my eldest daughter up from Essex first.

It wasn't until I saw your pic in a thread earlier that I put two and two together and recognised you from ACF.
How are you these days? ACF has now twinned in to YACF most of the same old faces.

it was a grey steamroller. it wasn't that buckled but it was bent in the fron my pedal touched the wheel

i was really annoyed with work and i entered the canal in the kingsland road - no lights - i forgot that there is a half a meter wall and i was going really fast - down the slope- of course bump into said wall. result: tika over handlebas + wall and into the nettles bike into the wall. not in the canal. end of story. quite a stupid thing to do. i guess i am a c**t. never mind, better than being "normal"
