easier to have your own kit though, I've forgotten all about Marina cycles, any track stuff up there? I got the frame, forks, stem, bars, bb and cranks + ring for 50 quid of a lad called Bonar, used to work at mikes bikes or ryd on now. You runnings clips and straps or clipless?

Good man! Just spent about £50 on cable cutters, bb tool and chainwhip. Never mind. Priory Marina cycles is pretty good, Bianchi and Willier (I think). Yeah, Halfords is shite. Nice ride btw.

Hey bob, well I work at Bedford College and as a result I get to cycle the short distance to work everyday! Yeah whenever you want to meet up is fine with me. No Kids, 21 hehe, lots of spare time... Hey Will, I don't usually check rides and races so sorry for taking time to reply. Yeah, I live in Bedford, near the hospital. Just finishing off my build, took a gentle brakeless jaunt and scared the shit out of myself on Saturday! I'll be getting out this weekend (brakes fitted!). I've started to see a few fixed bikes myself in town, I had a ss kona unit for about 5 years, though haven't been out for a couple of those.
If you fancy meeting up that would be great, two kids under 19 months and working in London does mean I don't get a great deal of spare time though.
