    Will do. I get back from holiday on 15 Aug and so probably the next week (work permitting). I am slow and fat but need to be thinner and stronger.

    Oh yes, and we also do hill reps up your way on week days in winter. I will be trying to organise weekly Muswell Hill reps when I return from holiday next month.

    Try www.rollapaluza.cc and have a look at the forums. If you are based in West London you might also have a look for the grupetto rides but I don't have a link to them.

    The rollas organise more rides in the winter as everyone is busy racing/doing track/riding spotives/etc in the summer. Join and organise a ride. Where are you based?
