    Hello,

    fine work, it looks lovely!

it's been quite good fun, the wheel building is really good fun. I figured i'd practice building the front wheel before trying the back one, which I guess is going to have to take a whole load more stress.

I too haven't been taking photo's but I'm going to try with the wheel building bit. We learnt a fair few "secret" tips from the experts last night, to make things work much quicker.

The only problem is that this whole bicycle building palava is getting a bit addictive. My original plan was to build a non-thief friendly pub bike, now I've got a couple of projects on the go and still no pub bike, oops.

take care and keep in touch

Hello Bristly - not sure if you remember me from the U75 forum, but we were both converting bikes to fixed at the same time and talked about putting up a 'how to bodge a conversion' thread...

Anyway, yours is looking good - envious about the home made wheels. Finished mine a couple of months ago (well in its present incarnation) sadly forgot to document the build of it all.

Photos are here in this thread: http://www.londonfgss.com/post161039-2596.html
