Well robd that depends on how much money you have or how tall you are. If you're over 6ft (probably preferably 6ft 2ish) then you can get a new old stock 58cm '06 fuji track off of ebay for about £269.99. You'd need to buy and fit a front brake lever/caliper/etc to run it fixed safely, or a brake/caliper set and freewheel if you want to run it SS, but either way you'd get a solid bike FAR better than the unipack one you posted about. If you're under 6ft 2 or less, then biddle bikes or holcross cycles are (to my knowledge) the cheapest stockists of the '08 fuji track. Could be yours for about £330 with a front brake, a little more with 2 brakes and a freewheel.
