Entry fee will be a couple of Euros, we're working on getting some sponsors (Taka has already got a few lined up). There'll be players from all over the Netherlands and hopefully a few from elsewhere.

We'll try and work on accommodation deals, either a group rate at a hostel or floor space with players, depending on numbers, so we will need to have at least a vague idea of how many people want to come. So if you intend to play please make it known here!

Should be brilliant. As well as the tourney on the 2nd there will be throw-in games either side of New Years.

Just thought i'd mention that if your going to go play polo in peckham car park remember to use your manners. The secret gang didn't start polo in peckham and it is a shared space, namely shared with motorists. Be nice to the council people and the police and more importantly the bmx crew that you may find there from time to time. They have been using that space before bike polo was ever invented in this city and though you may not know it, without one (original south polo player and bmxer) in particular, we'd never have found that space in the first place, so don't tell people to 'move over' when you rock up, deal with it.

I just got my call returned from Islington. They have set the lights back so the lights will now stay on till 10pm. Also the burnt bulbs are on back order. They are working on it but there aren't any in the country apparently.

Mitchison will now be cleaned regularly too!

Islington are really supportive.

I asked if it'd be possible to get a night (or seven) where the court is exclusively ours.
-Mitchison would be a challenge. Would be helpful if we did kid's night,but "most kids don't have bikes" in the estate. We'd also need support from the estate.

-Other courts may be easier. He gave me a list of possible courts. He said that these are all lit and boxed in in some way.
